Pregnancy diet for second trimester.

Good nutrition is important during your pregnancy. The quality of food you eat is critical for your baby's growth and development. You should eat a nutritious diet with meals that are rich in nutrients and not just filling.

In the second trimester, you must consume foods that are good sources of calcium and Vitamin D. Find out which foods and nutrients are the most important during your second trimester.
